Service
A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or change your appointment. Please call me directly to cancel. All International clients are required to contact us at (615)601-2121 at the time of their appointment. For US callers, we will make two attempts to reach you. If we cannot establish a call for our session within 10 minutes after the session time, the session will need to be rescheduled.

Payment
Refunds are only provided when an initial session is cancelled at least 24 hours in advanced. Otherwise, an appointment must be rescheduled. If the session is rescheduled, the rescheduled session cannot be cancelled for a refund.

Cancellation
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time or the session will need to be rescheduled.

Special Note about Time Zone differences and appointments:
All appointment times are scheduled in Central Standard Time. The appointment tool should account for your time zone, but in case it does not, it becomes your responsibility to be ready at the allotted time for your appointment.
